Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA/MBM/EMBA/Masters in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Management, Human Resources Management, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science and other Business Studies from a reputed university with all first class in academic record.

Other Requirements: Must be capable of working with MS Office Suite. Must have excellent communication skills. Financial analysis skills and analytical thinking ability will treat as advantage.
The selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee Officer and they will be on probation for a period of 01 (one) year. After successful probation period they will be absorbed as Senior Officer. The selected officers will be required to server at any branch/office of the Bank anywhere in or outside Bangladesh. The management of the bank reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. Persuasion in any form will disqualify a candidates.
