Bangladesh Government recently that all Travers’ have to fill up the Passengers Health Declaration Form. DGHS Gov BD Health Declaration Form fill up for virtual card available now. It has officially announced by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh take necessary steps to check out the health secure all citizen across the country.
Passengers Health Declaration Form
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) recently declared to the authorities of the country’s land, sea and air ports in this regard, confirmed official sources. All Passengers coming to Bangladesh, from now on, will be able to fill out their personal health declaration forms from the comforts of their homes.
Why it’s important?
However, Travers must complete their health declaration forms within 03 days of travel. They necessity to visit the link – https://healthdeclaration.dghs.gov.bd – the official website of DSHE and fill out the form with all necessary information. After completion of form fill up of health declaration, the passengers will get a virtual health card with a QR code on it. A printed copy of the virtual health declaration card will be inspected by the concerned officials during departure. After Travers arrival, they will have to show virtual health declaration cards to the port authorities to be allowed inside the country.
All Travers have to fill up the Health Declaration Form before entire in our country. All information shall be kept confidential and will be used for Public Health purposes. The Bangladesh Ministry of Health & Family Welfare mandatorily requires all the passengers entering through ground crossings, by seaport, or by the airport to fill in this form as a part of health screening at the port of entry.
যদিও সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে বলা হয়েছে যে, সকল তথ্য প্রদানকারীদের সকল তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা হবে এবং শুধু মাত্র জনস্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত কাজের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হবে। গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের করোনাভাইরাস (কোভিড-১৯) সংক্রমণ স্ক্রিনিং কার্যক্রমের অংশ হিসাবে এই পদক্ষেপ গ্রহন কার হল। এখন থেকে দেশের স্থল/নৌ/ বিমানবন্দর সমূহের মাধ্যমে দেশে প্রবেশকারীদের অবশ্যই হেলথ ডিকলারাশান ফরম-এ তথ্যগুলি পূরণ করতে হবে।
