Dhaka University Students Get Hamim Group and FSIBL Scholarship. A total of 40 financially insolvent Bangladeshi meritorious students of various departments under the Faculty of Business Studies in University of Dhaka (DU) got scholarship from Hamim Group Limited and First Security Islamic Bank Limited. The Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University Professor Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique distributed the scholarships among the students as chief guest at a function held at Dr. Abdullah Farouk Conference Hall of the faculty.
Dhaka University Students Get Hamim Group and First Security Islamic Bank Limited Scholarship. Faculty of Business Studies of DU organized the program. Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies Professor Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam presided over the function while Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank SK Sur Chowdhury, Chairman of Hamim Group Limited AK Azad and Managing Director of First Security Islamic Bank Limited Syed Wasek Md. Ali addressed the function as special guests.
Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique urged the rich people of the society to come forward with their helping hands to patronize brilliant students of the university. He said, investment in education is the best one. Upgrading of human civilization is simply impossible without education.
