On successful completion of one year probation period, they will be responsible for managing financial portfolio through three tiers of teams and will represent BRAC Microfinance at the regional level to coordinate with stakeholders from internal functions, government organizations and other micro finance institutions. Within approximately four years (including probation period) of gaining experience in field offices good performers will transfer to head office or BRAC International.
