Position Name: Probationary Officer (Shortly known as PO)
Educational Qualification’s: If any applicants have MBA (Masters of Business Administration) /Masters in Commerce/ Economics/English/Public Administration (PA)/ International Relations (IR)/ Development Studies/Political Science/Law/General History/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Physics and as well as Bank Management with the following results: – Applicants who are got in SSC (Secondary School Certificate) and HSC (Higher Secondary School Certificate): Minimum GPA – 4.00 in a scale of GPA – 5.00; – Applicants who are got in Graduate (MBA/Masters) and Post-graduation (BBA/Honours): Minimum CGPA – 3.00 in a scale of CGPA – 4.00.

Salary Info: The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of two (02) years with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 40,000/- (Forty Thousand) for the first (1st) year and Tk. 45,000/- (Forty Five Thousand) for the second (2nd) year. After successful completion of probationary period, he/she will be absorbed in the position of “Senior Officer” within a Monthly Salary of Tk. 60,000/- with other benefits.
