Educational Qualification:
In addition, the candidate should be a Post-Graduate from a recognized university with following academic results..
A. In GPA/CGPA system:
1. SSC and HSC: Minimum GPA 3. in a scale of 5.00
2. Graduation and Post-graduation: Minimum CGPA 2.50 in a scale of 4.00.
B. In traditional system:
Minimum 2 (two) first division/class and no 3rd division/class.
All candidates must have Practical Knowledge of computer applications is essential.
Age Limitation: Not over 30 year as on 30-11-2022
Compensation Package for TO:
Furthermore, the selected candidates shall on probation for a period of 2 (two) years with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 35,000/- for the 1st year and Tk. 40,000/- for the 2nd year. So, after successful completion of probationary period they absorbed as “Officer” as per prevailing compensation package.
The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk. 300/- (Three Hundred) to the effect that they shall server the bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of their probationary period with certain conditions.
