Social Work Department Launched at PUST. Social Work Department has been introduced at Pabna University of Science and Technology (PUST). Students will be admitted in the newly launched Social Work department from the next academic year 2015-2016.

Vice-Chancellor of the University Professor Al-Nakib Chowdhury inaugurated the Social Work department. Several senior teachers of Social Work department of Rajshahi University and the teachers-students and officials of PUST were present at the time.
Social Work Department Launched at PUST: Students will be admitted in the newly launched Social Work department from the next academic session 2015-2016. The number of department is 15 including the newly launched department in the university was established on June 05, 2008.
A discussion meeting was organized at the auditorium of Business Administration Department on the occasion of launching new department on July 29, 2015 (Wednesday). It was presided over by the chairman of the department and Procter Awal Kabir Joy.
Professor’s of the Social Work department of Rajshahi University- Professor Dr. Jalal Uddin, Professor Dr. Ashrafujjaman, Professor Dr. Fakhrul Islam, Professor Dr. Kabir Uddin Haider, Professor Dr. Emazuddin and Professor Dr. Abdul Wahab spokes on the occasion.
Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of PUST Md. Saiful Islam, Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies Md. Kamrujjaman, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Mir Khaled Iqbal Chowdhury, Student Advisory Office director Dr. Md.
