Bangladesh Saint Joseph Higher Secondary School Admission in Class 3, 2026 Application form will be available in the school office on ,,,,… from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm. Meanwhile, all of Parent/Guardian of the applicant may collect application form from the booth as stated above and only one form can be collected for one candidate (Bengali or English version). Though, Saint Joseph Higher Secondary School Main Gates must closed at 12:30 pm.

Class 3 Eligibility for applying for SJS School:

• Who are studying class 2 in 2026, aged ±8 (between 7.75 to 8.25 years) on 01 January 2026 are
  eligible to apply.
• Students of Cambridge curriculum (July-June session) can be the current students of 2 or 3 in 2026
  and age limit is the same.

Procedure to collect form from the office-booth:

1. Pay tk. 500/ (exact amount and non-refundable) and;
2. Show the progress report or tuition fees receipt of class two 2026 in the booth.

Submission of application form and candidature verification:

The form must be filled in with correct and valid information and signed by the parent. Student must come to submit the form in person for verification in front of an admin officer on the date and time stated in the form with the following documents:

1. Properly filled in form and two recent pp size photos attached with glue on the form;
2. Progress report or tuition fees receipt of class 2, 2026 and a copy of verified birth registration
   document;
3. Ballpoint pen, pencil, and eraser;
4. Smart watch or device is not allowed;

*After verification, an admit card will be issued to the eligible candidates.

• Tentative dates of Admission Assessment Activities: 11-12, Nov. 2026, (Fri – Sat);
• Areas of assessments: Bengali, English, Mathematics (Standard of class 2);
• Time: 08:30 am; Duration of assessments: 1.5 hours;
